Lake Catholic Performing Arts – effective January 1, 2025
Who We Are
Lake Catholic Performing Arts is a program of Lake Catholic High School, located at 6733 Reynolds Road, Mentor, OH 44060. Our forms and applications are operated solely to support cast, crew, and families participating in school theatre productions.
Information We Collect
When you use our forms and applications, we may collect:
- Account information – When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and school email address from your Google account.
- Form submissions – Student and parent contact details, grade, role in the production, meal preferences, biography text, and uploaded files (biography documents, artwork) that you provide voluntarily.
- Payment information – Advertising orders and payment method selections. Credit card payments are processed by a third-party provider; we do not store card numbers.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through our forms is used exclusively to:
- Organize cast and crew for productions (program listings, T-shirt orders, meal coordination)
- Communicate with students and parents about production schedules and requirements
- Process program advertisement orders
- Fulfill electronic signature requests for policy documents
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google Sign-In
Our Cast & Crew Information Form requires sign-in with a @lakecatholicapps.org Google account. We use Google OAuth solely to verify that you are a current Lake Catholic student and to prefill your name and email address in the form. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services.
Data Storage and Security
Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and Google Drive, both operated by Google LLC. Uploaded files are stored in Google Drive folders accessible only to authorized program staff. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Data Retention
Submission data is retained for the duration of the production season and archived at the discretion of the program director. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
Our forms are intended for use by enrolled Lake Catholic High School students (grades 9–12) and their parents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent.
